Whereas the HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co Ltd has deposited with this Court an amount of

7,87,976/-

(Seven Lakhs Eighty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Six only) towards compensation payable to the

dependents of the deceased Smt. Pramodhini who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was

working in Harrisons Malayalam Limited, Wayanad on 30.07.2024. The Assistant Labour Officer, Kalpetta has reported

that below.
