The Diploma Certificate of Shri. HYBIN VINCENT, who had passed the examination
during April 2014 in Mechanical Engineering with Reg. No. 11020410, is reported to be lost
irrecoverably. Anybody, in having possession of the same, is requested to forward it to the
Controller of Technical Examinations, Kaimanam, Thiruvananthapuram- 695040.
Objections, if any, in issuing a duplicate certificate to the candidate may please be
informed to the Controller of Technical Examinations, in writing, within one month from the
date of publication of this Gazette Notification.
