Leh, the 25February, 2022

S.O.─25 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act,

1940, read with Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby

appoint the following persons as Government Analysts, for the whole of Union territory of Ladakh, in respect of

Drugs and Cosmetics, for the purpose of said Act, namely, ─

(i) Dr. R.A Singh, Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory (RDTL), Chandigarh;

(ii) Dr. Debasis Maitis, Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory (RDTL), Chandigarh; and

(iii) Sh. Hitesh Kumar Khara, Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory (RDTL), Chandigarh.
