Leh, the 25 February, 2022

S.O.27 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940,

read with Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby appoint

the following persons as Government Analysts, for the whole of Union territory of Ladakh, in respect of Drugs and

Cosmetics, for the purpose of the said Act, namely, ─

(i) Sh. Sushil Kumar Sahu, Central Drugs Laboratory (CDL), Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh; and

(ii) (ii) Sh. Sumir Rai Bhalla, Central Drugs Laboratory (CDL), Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.
