S.O. 32 . ― In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Food Safety

and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Commissioner of Food Safety, Union Territory of

Ladakh, hereby empowers the Designated Officers, Food Safety to exercise the powers under

section 69 of the said Act.
