Ladakh, the 19^th of April, 2022

S.O. 54 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 and 52 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No. 30 of 2013), read with S.O.

33 dated 14.03.2022, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief

Justice of High Court of J&K and Ladakh, hereby appoints the Principal District and Session Judge, Leh, as the

Presiding Officer of the Leh Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority and Principal District and

Session Judge, Kargil, as the Presiding Officer of the Kargil Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement

Authority, for the purposes of the said Act.
