ADMINISTRATION OF UNION TERRITORY OF LADAKH

NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 27^th May 2022.

S.O. 73 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Jammu and Kashmir Development

Act, 1970 (XIX of 1970), read with S.O. 3775 (E) dated 23.10.2020 and in supersession of all previous orders issued

under this subsection, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby constitutes a Ladakh Smart Cities

Development Authority and further directs that the said Authority shall consist of following members, namely.―

Kashmir Development Act, 1970 (XIX of 1970), read with S.O. 3775 (E) dated 23.10.2020, within the local area as

notified by the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh under section 3 of the Act.
