S.O. 96 : - Whereas, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh vide Notification S.O. 95 dated:-18.08.2022

has called upon the 22-Timisgam Constituency to elect the new councilor for conduct of Bye-Election, Ladakh

Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Rule 12 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils

(Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby fix the following dates/time for

purpose of the said rules: -

i. Date from which nominations can be made :19-08-2022

ii. Last date for making nominations :26-08-2022

iii. Date for scrutiny of nominations :27-08-2022

iv. Last date for the withdrawal of nominations :29-08-2022

v. Date on which poll shall, if necessary, be taken :13-09-2022

vi. Date of counting; and :17-09-2022

vii. Date before which the Election shall be completed :24-09-2022

The polling hours shall be between 08.00 A.M to 04.00 P.M
