S.O.95: - Whereas, a vacancy has accrued due to death of the former Councilor, who was elected from 22-

Timisgam Constituency, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh.

Whereas, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh has decided to conduct Bye-Election to

the 22-Timisgam Constituency, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh to elect a new Councilor in

accordance with the provisions of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Act, 1997.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Rule 11 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils

(Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby call upon the 22-Timisgam

Constituency, notified vide notification SRO 135 dated: 31-05-1995, to elect the member for constituting the Ladakh

Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh in accordance with the provisions of the Act and rules and orders made

thereunder.
