Ladakh, the 12th of December, 2022
S.O.131: - The Notification issued by the Revenue Department, UT of Ladakh vide S.O. 92 dated 10th
August, 2022 regarding the revision of rates for properties occupied by the Defence Forces in UT of Ladakh under
the Requisition and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1952 shall stand withdrawn ab-initio.
