Ladakh, the 28^th of December 2022

S.O.136:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 68 of Food Safety and

Standard Act, 2006, (34 of 2006), the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby notifies the

Additional District Magistrates, Leh and Kargil as the Adjudicating Officers for the purpose of

adjudication under Chapter-X of the said Act within their respective territorial areas.
