Ladakh, the 05^thof July, 2022

S.O.79 ― In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 10 of the Medical Devices Rules, 2017,

the Lieutenant Governor, of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby appoints the controlling

Authority, Union territory of Ladakh, appointed vide S.O. 02 dated 06-01-2020, as controlling

officer for the purpose of the said rules in the Union territory of Ladakh.
