Ladakh, the 02^nd of June, 2023

S.O. 35.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 50 of the Drugs and

Cosmetics Rules, 1945, read with enabling provisions contained in the Drugs and Cosmetics

Act, 1940, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of Ladakh, hereby, appoints Ms.

Nasreen Bano, in-charge Assistant Drug Controller, District Leh and Kargil, as controlling

authority for the said purpose within the Union territory of Ladakh, in addition to her own

duties.
