पǐरयोजना अͬधकारȣ (ICDS), को बाल ͪववाह Ǔनषेध अͬधकारȣ के Ǿप मɅ अपने शंिÈतयो का

Ĥयोग करने तथा अͬधǓनयम कȧ धारा 16 कȧ उप धारा (3) (4) और (5) के अंतग[त उिãलͨखत

कत[åयɉ को अपने अͬधकारक- ¢ेğ के भीतर Ǔनçपादन करने के ͧलए ǓनयुÈत ͩकया है l

Ladakh, the 12^th of June, 2023.

S.O. 38: In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 16 of The Prohibition of Child Marriage

Act 2006, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh appoints all the Child Development Project Officer

(ICDS), UT of Ladakh, as the Child Marriage Prohibition Officers to exercise the powers and perform the duties

specified in the Act under Section 16 Sub Section (3) (4) & (5) within their respective jurisdiction.
