Ladakh, the 19^th day of June, 2023

S.O. 40 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Act

No. 49 of 2016), the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, in consultation with the Hon’ble the

Chief Justice of High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, hereby notifies both the Principal District and

Sessions Court, Leh and Kargil districts as Special Court to try the offences under this Act within their respective

jurisdiction.
