S.O. 42― ͬचͩकत्सीय गभर्पात (संशोधन) अͬधǓनयम, 2021 कȧ धारा 3 कȧ उप-धारा (2 सी) द्वारा

प्रदƣ शिक्तयɉ का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ राज्य प्रशासन लद्दाख इस अͬधǓनयम के उद्देश्य के ͧलए Ǔनम्नͧलͨखत

के अनुसार मेͫडकल बोडर् का गठन करता है।

क) संघ राज्य लद्दाख के स्वास्थ्य ͪवभाग कȧ वǐरष्ठतम स्त्री रोग ͪवशेष£।

ख) संघ राज्य लद्दाख के स्वास्थ्य ͪवभाग के वǐरष्ठतम बाल रोग ͪवशेष£।

ग)

संघ राज्य लद्दाख के स्वास्थ्य ͪवभाग के वǐरष्ठतम रेͫडयोलॉिजस्ट/सोनोलॉिजस्ट।

घ)

संघ राज्य लद्दाख के स्वास्थ्य ͪवभाग के वǐरष्ठतम सजर्न/पैथोलॉिजस्ट।

मेͫडकल बोडर् कȧ शिक्तयां और कायर् ͬचͩकत्सीय गभर्पात (संशोधन) अͬधǓनयम, 2021 के Ǔनयम 3ए के अनुसार

हɉगे।

अͬधसूचना तुरंत लागू होगी और अगले आदेश तक वैध रहेगी।

Notification

Ladakh, the 23^rd of June, 2023

S.O. 42. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2C) of section 3 of the Medical

Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2021, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh

hereby constitutes the Medical Board for the purpose of this Act, with the following composition:

a.

Senior Most Gynecologist of Health Department, Union Territory of Ladakh.

b.

Senior Most Pediatrician of Health Department, Union Territory of Ladakh.

c.

Senior Most Radiologist/ Sonologist of Health Department, Union Territory of Ladakh.

d.

Senior Most Surgeon/ Pathologist of Health Department, Union Territory of Ladakh.

The powers and functions of the Medical Board shall be as per rule 3A of the Medical Termination

of Pregnancy (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

The notification shall come into force immediately and shall remain valid till further orders.
