का.आ.52 जबकक, लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद, कािगिल का चौथा आम चुनाव

27.08.2018 को हुआ था औि उपिोक्त परिषद का पाांच िाल का काययकाल 01.10.2023 को िमाप्त हो िहा

है।

जबकक, िांघ िाज्य प्रशािन लद्दाख ने लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद अगिननयम, 1997 के

प्राविानों औि उिके तहत बनाए िए ननयमों के अनुिाि एक नई परिषद का िठन किने के सलए लद्दाख

स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद, कािगिल का 5 वाां आम चुनाव किाने का ननर्य सलया है।

इिसलए, अब, लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद (चुनाव) ननयम, 1995 के ननयम 11 द्वािा प्रदत्त

शक्क्तयों का प्रयोि किते हुए, िांघ िाज्य प्रशािन लद्दाख ददनाांक 10.06.2003 के एिआिओ 184 के तहत

अगििूगचत ननवायचन क्षेत्रों िे 5व़ीां लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद, कािगिल का िठन किने के सलए

अपने िदस्यों का लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद अगिननयम, 1997 के प्राविानों औि उिके तहत

बनाए िए ननयमों के अनुिाि चुनाव किने का आह्वान किता है।

Notification

Ladakh, the 2^nd, of August, 2023

S.O. 52 Whereas, the 4^th General Election of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development

Council, Kargil, was held on 27.08.2018 and the term of five years of the aforesaid Council is

expiring on 01.10.2023.

Whereas, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh has decided to conduct the 5^th

General Election of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil, to constitute a

new Council in accordance with the provisions of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development

Council Act, 1997 and the rules made there under.

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by rule 11 of the Ladakh Autonomous

Hill Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of the Union territory of

Ladakh hereby call upon the constituencies notified vide SRO 184 Dated 10.06.2003 to elect

their members for constituting the 5^th Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil in

accordance with the provisions of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Act, 1997,

and rules made there under.
