का.आ. 53 जबकि, संघराज्य प्रशासन लद्दाख ने किनांि 2, अगस्त, 2023 िे िा. आ. 52 िे माध्यम से 5वीं लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी कविास पररषि,

िारकिल िे िठन िे कलए कनवााचन क्षेत्रों से अपने-अपने सिस्यों िा चुनाव िरने िा आह्वान किया है।

अतःलद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी कविास पररषि (चुनाव) कनयम, 1995 िे कनयम 12 द्वारा प्रित्त शकियों िा प्रयोि िरते हुए, संघ राज्य प्रशासन लद्दाख 5वीं लद्दाख

स्वायत्त पहाड़ी कविास पररषि,िारकिल िे िठन िे कलए उि कनयम िे तहत कनम्नकलकख तताऱीखें और समय कनयुि िरता है-

लागू रिेगी। आचार संहिता पूरे कारहगल हज़ले के हलए लागू िोगी।

Ladakh, the 2^nd, of August, 2023

S.O: 53 Whereas, the Administration of the Union territory of Ladakh vide S.O. 52 dated 2^nd

of August, 2023 has called upon the constituencies to elect their members for constituting the 5^th

Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil.

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by rule 12 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill

Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby

appoint the following dates and time for constituting the 5^th Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development

Council, Kargil under the said rule:

The Model Code of Conduct shall come into force from the date of publication of this Notification

in the official e-gazette of UT Ladakh and shall remain in force till such time the election process is

completed. The code of conduct shall be applicable for the entire Kargil District.
