का. आ. 68 वितरण शाखा लद्दाख विद्युत विकास विभाग (एलपीडीडी), जिसका पंिीकृत कायाालय,

पररषद सचििालय कुर्ााथाांग विद्युत, कारचगल, केंद्र शाससत प्रदेश लद्दाख में है, एक राज्य विद्युत

विभाग है िो कक केंद्र शाससत प्रदेश लद्दाख में विद्युत पारेषण एिं वितरण नेटिका के ननमााण,

पररिालन, रखरखाि एिं विकास की देखभाल कर रहा है। अपने कायों एिं दानयत्िों का ननिाहन करते हुए

लद्दाख विद्युत विकास विभाग (एलपीडीडी), केंद्र शाससत प्रदेश लद्दाख के प्रशासन द्िारा स्थावपत

अथिा अनुरक्षित अथिा स्थावपत ककए िाने िाले अथिा अनुरक्षित ककए िाने िाले ककसी टेलीग्राफ के

उद्देश्य हेतु टेलीग्राफ लाइनों एिं पोस्टो की स्थापना के संबंध में भारतीय टेलीग्राफ अचधननयम 1885

(1885 की संख्या 13 ) के तहत धाररत टेलीग्राफ अचधकरण के अधीन कायों के समुचित समन्िय हेतु

विद्युत के पारेषण हेतु विद्युत की लाइनों अथिा विद्युत पलांटों के स्थापन हेतु अथिा आिश्यक

टेलीफोननक अथिा टेलीग्राकफक संिार के उद्देश्य हेतु विद्युत अचधननयम 2003 (2003 की संख्या 36 )

की धारा 164 के तहत प्रदत सभी शजततयों हेतु केंद्र शाससत प्रदेश लद्दाख के प्रशासन को आिेदन करना

िाहता है एिं यह एलपीडीडी, एनएिआईडीसीएल एिं पािरचग्रड के मध्य ददनांक 05 अगस्त 2022 द्िारा

ननम्न के ननमााण हेतु त्रिपिीय समझौते अनुसार ननम्न पारेषण प्रोिेतटों के सलए कमीशननंग, पररिालन,

रखरखाि एिं अन्य कायों के साथ सिेिण, ननमााण, संस्थापन, ननरीिण, उत्थापन एिं अन्य कायों को

करेगी :

1. िोिी ला पूिी पोटाल लोकेशन उपकेन्द्र - 21.865 सककाट ककलोमीटर (अनुमाननत) पर 220/66 केिी

द्रास उपकेन्द्र से 66/11 केिी उपकेन्द्र तक 66 केिी डी/सी लाईन (ओिरहेड भाग ) ।

2. 220/66 केिी द्रास उपकेन्द्र से 66/11 केिी िोिी ला पूिी पोटाल लोकेशन उपकेन्द्र -3.125 सककाट

ककलोमीटर (अनुमाननत) के

आधे भाग में 66 केिी भूसमगत केबल |

3. िोिी ला पूिी पोटाल, मीना मागा द्रास पर 66/11 केिी उपकेन्द्र

लद्दाख विद्युत विकास विभाग (एलपीडीडी) ने प्रशासननक सचिि, विद्युत विकास एिं नि एिं

निीनीकरण ऊिाा विभाग, केंद्र शाससत प्रदेश लद्दाख द्िारा िारी आदेश संख्या 16 (पीडीडी) /

यूटीएल/2022 ददनांक 01.08.2022 द्िारा विद्युत अचधननयम 2003 (2003 की संख्या 36 ) की धारा 68

की उप धारा (1) के तहत अनुमोदन पहले से प्रापत कर सलया है।

उतत पारेषण पररयोिनाएँ नीिे ददए गए गाँिों की सीमा में जस्थत भूसम / अिल संपवि से होकर या उसके

नीिे से या उसके साथ-साथ या उसके आस-पास से होकर गुिरेंगी, जिसमें या जिस पर उतत पारेषण

पररयोिनाओं की स्थापना और उसके रख-रखाि के उद्देश्य के सलए लद्दाख विद्युत विकास विभाग

(एलपीडीडी) के पास भूसम और/या अिल संपवि का उपयोग करने की शजतत होगी:

िाती है कक िे इस सूिना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से दो माह के अंदर अधोहस्तािरी के कायाालय में

प्रस्तावित पारेषण पररयोिनाओं के संबंध में सलखखत रूप में आपवि कर सकते हैं /प्रनतिेदन दे सकते हैं।

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 68 Distribution Wing Ladakh Power Development Department (LPDD) having it’s Registered office at

Council Secretariat Kurbathang, Kargil, Union territory of Ladakh, is the State Electricity Department, looking after

construction, operations, maintenance and development of electrical transmission and distribution network in the

Union territory of Ladakh. In discharge of its functions and duties Ladakh Power Development Department (LPDD)

intends to apply to the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh, to confer upon it all the powers under section

164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), for the placing of electric lines or electrical plants for the

transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper

coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraphic Act, 1885 (No. 13 of 1885),

with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained, by

the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh or to be so established or maintained and will undertake the survey,

construction, installation, inspection, erection and other works to be followed by commissioning, operation,

maintenance and other works for the following transmission projects

as per tripartite agreement between LPDD,

NHIDCL, and POWERGRID, dated 5th August, 2022 for construction of :-

1. 66kV D/C line (overhead portion) from 220/66 kV Drass substation to 66/11 kV substation at Zoji La east

portal location substation -21.865 CKM (approx.)

2. 66 kV Underground Cable in part portion of the 66kV D/C line from 220/66 kV Drass substation to 66/11

kV Zoji La east portal location substation- 3.125 CKM (approx.)

3. 66/11 KV Substation at Zojila Eastern Portal, Meena Marg Drass.

Ladakh Power Development Department (LPDD) has already received approval under sub-section (1) of section 68

of Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), vide ORDER NO-16 (PDD)/UTL of 2022 dated-01/08/2022 issued by

Administrative Secretary, Power Development and New & Renewable Energy Department, Union territory of

Ladakh.

The said transmission projects shall pass through over, under, along or across the lands/ immovable property in and

around the area of and/or between the village’s boundary, mentioned herein below, in or upon which Ladakh Power

Development Department (LPDD) shall have power to use the land and/or immovable property for the purpose of

establishment of the said Transmission Projects and Maintenance thereof:
