का.आ. 76 :- जम्मू और कश्मीर भूͧम राजस्व अͬधǓनयम एस.वी.टȣ. 1996 (1939 A.D.), कȧ धारा 101 कȧ उपधारा

(1) द्वारा प्रदƣ शिक्तयɉ का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ राज्य प्रशासन एतद्द्वारा घोषणा करता है ͩक Ǒदनांक

18.09.2023 के का.आ. 75. द्वारा अͬधसूͬचत यूटȣ प्रशासन लद्दाख भूͧम अͧभलेखɉ के ͫडिजटलȣकरण कȧ मानक

संचालन प्रͩक्रया, ͪवǓनयमन, 2023 के अनुसार िजला लेह और कारͬगल के ¢ेत्र वाͪषर्क ǐरकॉडर् के अनुसार सवȶ¢ण

और ǐरकॉडर् संचालन के अधीन हɉगे।

संघ राज्य लद्दाख के प्रशासन के आदेश से जारȣ।

Ladakh, the 18^th of September2023

S.O. 76 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 101 of the Jammu and Kashmir

Land Revenue Act, Svt. 1996 (1939 A.D.), the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby declares that the

area of district Leh and Kargil will be subject to Survey and Records operations as per the Annual Records, in

accordance with the Union territory of Ladakh Standard Operating Procedures for Digitization of Land Records,

Regulation, 2023, notified vide S.O. 75 dated 18.09.2023.
