3.
पंजीकरण अिधिनयम, 1908 ई. कì धारा 38 के अंतगर्त कमीशन जारी करने हेतु
जैसा िक संबंिधत रिजस्ट्रार द्वारा तय िकया गया है।
4.
पंजीकरण अिधिनयम 1908 ई. कì धारा 31 के अंतगर्त िनजी आवासों में उपिस्थित हेतु
5000 Ł. और यिद ऐसा िनवास मुख्यालय कì सीमा से बाहर
है, तो सरकार द्वारा िनधार्åरत ईंधन खपत पैमाने के अनुसार यात्रा
व्यय।
इस अिधसूचना में िनिहत िकसी भी बात के बावजूद, 04 अगस्त 2020 से िकए गए दस्तावेजों का पंजीकरण और 16 माचर् 2021 से िबन्दु 1ए के अनुसार दरें इस
अिधसूचना के तहत पंजीकृत मानी जाएंगी।

August 2020 and the rates as at item 1a from 16 March 2021 shall be deemed to have been registered under this
notification.
