िाथ पहित िंघ राज्य लद्दाख के कानूनी िेवा प्राधिकरण ववननयमन, 2021 के ववननयम 26

एवं हदनांक 09 अप्रैल, 2020 के क.आ. 13 के माध्यम िे अधििूधित िंघ राज्य लद्दाख के

कानूनी िेवा प्राधिकरण ननयम, 2020द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ततयों का प्रयोग करते िुए, जम्मू-कश्मीर

और लद्दाख उच्ि न्द्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्द्यायािीश (िंरक्षक-प्रमुख)कानूनी िेवा

प्राधिकरण अधिननयम,िंघ राज्य प्रशािन लद्दाख एतदद्वारािंघ राज्य लद्दाख कानूनी िेवा

NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 16^th day of May, 2023

No:- 02 - In exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 26 of the Union Territory

of Ladakh Legal Services Authority Regulation, 2021, read with the enabling provisions

contained in the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act No. 39 of 1987) and

the Union territory of Ladakh Legal Services Authority Rules, 2020,notified vide S.O 13

dated 09^th of April, 2020, by the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh. The

Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court of J&K and Ladakh (Patron-in-Chief), Union territory

of Ladakh Legal Services Authority, hereby amends the Schedule I of the Union territory

of Ladakh Legal Services Authorities/Committees (Officers and Employees) Recruitment

Rules, 2021as following: -
