Ladakh, the 03^rd of July, 2024.

S.O 50 .- In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso to clause (1) of section 64 of the Bharatiya Nagarik

Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with S.O 2506 (E) dated: 28.06.2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Government of India, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby orders that each Police Station shall

maintain a register of summons with the following details, namely:-

1. Full name of the summoned individual.

2. Name of the father/spouse of the summoned individual.

4. Mobile Number, personal messaging app. (WhatsApp etc.), and email address of the summoned individual,

7. Name of the Police Station.

8. Crime No.

9. Section(s) of the offence.

10. Name of the Court.

11. Case number record (CNR).

This notification shall be deemed to come into force w.e.f 01.07.2024.
