"उक्त सिसनयम" के रूप में िांदसभित) के सिसनयम 5 के उप-सिसनयम (2) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तक्त का प्रयोि

किते हुए; अध्यक्ष/मुख्य कायिकाि़ी पाषिद, एलएएचड़ीि़ी, कािसिल श्ऱी आसशक अल़ी (एलएएचड़ीि़ी,

कािसिल के 21-थांिदुम्बुि प्रादेसशक सनिािचन क्षेत्र िे सनिािसचत िदस्य/ पाषिद) द्वािा प्रस्तुत इस्त़ीफे को िहषि

स्व़ीकाि किते हैं औि उनको उक्त सिसनयमोां के सिसनयम 5 के उप-सिसनयम (1) के िांदभि में ।, LAHDC,

कािसिल क़ी िदस्यता िे तत्काल प्रभाि िे हटा सदया जाता है।

Ladakh, the 31^st of July, 2024

S.O. -65 In exercise of the power conferred under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 5 of the Ladakh Autonomous

Hill Development Council of Kargil (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the “said

Regulations”); the Chairman/Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil is pleased to accept the resignation

submitted by Shri. Ashiq Ali (an elected Member / Councilor from 21-Thangdumbur territorial constituency of

LAHDC, Kargil) in terms of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 5 of the said Regulations, from the membership of the

LAHDC, Kargil with immediate effect.

Accordingly in terms of the provisions contained in Regulation 5 of the said Regulations,

it is hereby notified for the information of the general public that the21-Thangdumbur territorial constituencyseatof

LAHDC, Kargil is declared vacant with immediate effect.
