S.O:- 66 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (3) of Section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha

Sanhita (BNSS) 2023 read with S.O 2506 (E) dated: 28.06.2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of

India, the Lieutenant Governor (Administrator ),Union territory of Ladakh, hereby assigns Sh. Tahir Aziz Badhana, Senior

Prosecuting Officer, the duties of Public Prosecutor (PP) for conducting criminal cases in the Court of the Pr. District &

Sessions Judge, Kargil, Union territory of Ladakh, till further orders.
