कव.आ. 90— लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद (चुनाव) ननयम, 1995, िे जुडे फॉमम-

23 (देखें- ननयम 74) के िाथ पठित , लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववकाि परिषद अधिननयम, 1997

(1997 का अधिननयम िंख्या XXXI) की िािा 11 द्वािा प्रदत्त शक्ततयों का प्रयोग किते हुए, िंघ

िाज्य प्रशािन लद्दाख, कानून के उपिोतत प्राविान में ननठहत िदस्यों को गोपऩीयता की शपथ

ठदलाने के उद्देश्य िे प्रिान क्जला औि ित्र न्द्यायाि़ीश, कािधगल को प्राधिकािी के रूप में

ननयुतत किता है।

S.O. 90.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development

Council Act, 1997 (Act No. XXXI of 1997), read with Form- 23 (see rule 74) appended to the Ladakh Autonomous

Hill Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of the Union territory of Ladakh hereby

appoints the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil as the Authority for the purpose of administering the oath

of secrecy to such members as contained in the aforesaid provision of law.
