गृह मंत्रालय, भारत िरकार द्वारा ददनांक 23.08.2024 को ददए गए "िैद््ांततक

स्वीकृतत" के िंदभभ में, िंघ राज्य लद्दाख में 05 नए जिलों — शाम, नुब्रा, चांगथांग, जंस्कार

और राि — के गठन की स्वीकृतत दी गई है, तथा ददए गए तनदेशों के अनुिार, नए जिलों के

गठन िे िंबंध्त ववसभन्द्न पहलुओं िैिे उनके मुख्यालय, िीमाएँ, िंरचना, पदों का िृिन और

जिलों के गठन िे िंबंध्त अन्द्य िभी पहलू का आकलन करने हेतु तनम्नसलखखत िदस्यों की

एक िसमतत का गठन ककया िाता है:

अध्यक्ष और गैर-आध्काररक िदस्यों की तनयुजतत की शतों और तनयमों िे िंबंध्त

आदेश अलग िे िारी ककए िाएगे ।

Constitution of Committee to assess various aspects related to the

formation of new districts in UT of Ladakh.

Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI.

Order No:444-LA(GAD) of 2024

Pursuant to the “in-principle approval” conveyed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI, vide letter

dated 23.08.2024, referred above, for the formation of 05 new districts namely Sham, Nubra, Changthang,

Zanskar and Drass in the UT of Ladakh, and as per the directions conveyed therein, a Committee is hereby

constituted comprising the following members to assess various aspects related to the formation of new

Districts, of Sham, Nubra, Changthang, Zanskar and Drass such as their headquarters, boundaries, structure,

creation of post, any other aspects related to the formation of districts etc. :
