का.आ.96 गृह मंत्रालय, भारत िरकार द्वारा 21.01.2020 को जारी का.आ. 282(ई)

द्वारा प्रदान शक्ततयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, िंघ राज्य लद्दाख के उपराज्यपाल िंग्रहालय,

पुरातत्व और िंग्रहालय (अधीनस्थ) िेवा भती ननयम, 2022 (क्जिे इिके बाद 'उतत ननयम'

कहा जाएगा) में िंशोधन करने के सलए ननम्नसलखखत ननयम बनाते हैं, जो कक 30.08.2022 को

का.आ. 104 द्वारा अधधिूधित ककया गया है अथाात:—

(1) इन ननयमों को िंघ राज्य लद्दाख असभलेखागार, पुरातत्व और िंग्रहालय (अधीनस्थ) िेवा

भती (िंशोधन) ननयम, 2024 कहा जाएगा l

2) ये ननयम आधधकाररक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की नतधथ िे प्रभावी होंगे।

S.O. 96_In exercise of the powers conferred by S.O. 282(E) dated 21.01.2020, issued by the Ministry of Home

Affairs, Government of India, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh hereby makes the following

rules to further amend the Union Territory of Ladakh Archives, Archaeology and Museums (Subordinate) Service

Recruitment Rules, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘said Rules’) notified vide S.O. 104 dated:30.08.2022,

namely:—

Short title and commencement: —

(1)

These rules may be called the Union Territory of

Ladakh Archives, Archaeology and Museums (Subordinate) Service Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2)

These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Amendment to Schedule - I: — The “Schedule -I(C)” to the said Rules shall be substituted by the

following Schedule, as follows, namely: —
