Ladakh, the 22^nd of October, 2024.

S.O. 111 .— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (i) and (iii) of sub-section

(3) and sub-section (9) of section 193 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023,

read with S.O 2506 (E) dated:28.06.2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Government of India, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby declares that

the Police Report under clause (i) and (iii) of sub-section (3) and sub-section (9) of

section 193 of the above said Sanhita, shall be submitted by the Police, before the

concerned Court, in the Form (Final Form / Report) as annexed herewith. The information

of progress of the investigation in view of the provision(s) of clauses (i) and (iii) of sub-

section (3) of section 193, shall be communicated to the complainant / informant / the
