सेवा भतȸ Ǔनयम, 2021 मɅ Ǔनàनͧलͨखत संशोधन ͩकए हɇ, यथा:

(i)

पाँचवीं पंिÈत मɅ, सीधी भतȸ के ͧलए Ûयूनतम

योÊयता शीष[क के अंतग[त तीसरे कॉलम मɅ

Ǔनàनͧलͨखत जोड़ा जाएगा।

ͩकसी भी माÛयता ĤाÜत ͪवæवͪवɮयालय से

èनातक।

(ii)

पाँचवीं पंिÈत मɅ, "भतȸ कȧ ͪवͬध" शीष[क के

अंतग[त चौथे कॉलम मɅ Ǔनàनͧलͨखत ĤǓतèथाͪपत

ͩकया जाएगा l

Ladakh, the 29th of October, 2024

S.O.120. ─ In exercise of the powers conferred by S.O. 282(E) dated 21-01-2020, the Hon’ble

Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby makes the following amendments in

the Union territory of Ladakh Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (Subordinate) Service

Recruitment Rules, 2021, notified vide S.O. 63 dated 03-12-2021, namely,-

In Schedule-II (B). ─

(i)

In the 5^th row, for the 3^rd column under the heading

minimum qualification for direct recruitment the

following shall be inserted;

“Graduation from any recognised University.”

(ii)

In the 5^th row, for the 4^th column under the heading

method of recruitment the following shall be substituted:

i.

50% by direct recruitment;

ii.

50%

by

promotion

from

Weighman/

Watchman/Chowkidar and Helper in order of

common seniority, minimum 10^th pass, and

having not less than five (05) years substantive

service.

Note: The incumbent Orderlies as on notification of these Rules shall also be eligible.
