का.आ.127- गृह मंत्रालय (जम्मू और कश्मीर मामलों का ववभाग) द्वारा जारी ददनांक

30.10.2019 के का.आ. 3912 (ई) के पैरा (8) के उप पैरा (बी) के िाथ पदित जम्मू और

कश्मीर पुनगगिन अधिननयम 2019 के जम्मू और कश्मीर िामान्द्य भूसम (ववननयमन) अधिननयम

1956 की िारा 18 की उप-िारा 1 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ततयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, िंघ राज्य प्रशािन

लद्दाख जम्मू और कश्मीर िामान्द्य भूसम (ववननयमन) ननयम, 1969 में ननम्नसलखखत िंशोिन

करता है।

(1) इन ननयमों को जम्मू और कश्मीर िामान्द्य भूसम (ववननयमन) िंशोिन ननयम, 2024 कहा

जा िकता है।

(2) ये ननयम आधिकाररक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख िे लागू होंगे।

2. ननयम 3 में संिोिन: ग्राम आबादी के शलए भूशम का समनुदेिन एवं प्रभाजन।

(1) ननयम 3 के उप-ननयम 2 के खंड (ए) में शब्द और अंक "4 मरला" को "10 मरला" िे

प्रनतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 13^th day of November, 2024

S.O. 127- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section 1 of Section 18 of the Jammu and Kashmir Common

Land (Regulation) Act 1956 as made applicable to Union territory of Ladakh by the Jammu and Kashmir

Reorganization Act 2019 read with Sub para (b) of para (8) of S.O. 3912 (E) of 2019, Dated 30.10.2019, issued by

Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Jammu and Kashmir Affairs), the Administration of Union territory of

Ladakh hereby makes the following amendments to the Jammu and Kashmir Common Lands (Regulation) Rules,

1969.

1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These Rules may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Common Lands (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 2024.

(2) These Rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 3: Assignment and apportionment of land for village Abadi.

(1) In clause(a) of Sub-rule 2 of Rule 3 for the words & figure “4 marlas” shall be substituted by “10 marlas”.
