Ladakh, the 27^th day of November, 2024

S.O. 131 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) and (2) of section 10 and sub section (1) (b) of

section 280 of the Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000 (XX of 2000) read with the Municipalities (Division

into wards) Rules notified vide SRO 424 Dated 10th October 2001 and on the recommendations of the

Administrator, Kargil, appointed vide notification dated 01.11.2023, four (04) additional wards are demarcated

within the municipal limits of the district of Kargil, Union Territory of Ladakh. The territorial extent, name and

ward number of each newly formed ward is shown in Table-A:-
