GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

The Sr. Superintendent of Police,
District Leh.
Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 07/09/2024 it has been observed that the accused person namely
Bilal Ahmad Makroo S/O Ghulam Rasool Makroo R/O Nati-Pora, Mehjoor Nagar, Srinagar 190015 is concealing
himself to evade the process of law and declared him as ABSCONDER. Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is
hereby issued against the accused person/ respondent. The above named accused person be arrested whenever found
and produced before this Court.
This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.
Issued on this 07th day of September 2024, under my signature and seal of this Court.
