Whereas, in the above titled complaint, vide Order Dated: 04/11/2024, the accused Mohd Sultan Lone S/o

Abdul Sattar Lone R/o 400 Kangan Pardeshi Mohalla, Near Masjid Sharief, P/S Kangan, Ganderbal, J & K has

been declared as absconder.

Therefore, by medium of this general warrant of arrest, whenever and wherever the said accused is found, he be

arrested and produced before this Court.
