S.O. 15 .—

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Illicit

Traffic In Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh

hereby empowers Sh. Bhupesh Chaudhary, IAS, as the “detaining authority” for the purpose of this Section.
