Notification

Ladakh, the 11^th of April, 2025.

S.O. 43 .—

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of sub-section (4) of section 329 of the Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with S.O. 2506(E) dated:28.06.2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Government of India; the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby, notifies the “General Forensic

Assistants” in the Forensic Science Laboratory, Union territory of Ladakh as the 'Scientific Experts' for the purposes

of section 329 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, till their period of engagement with the Forensic

Science Laboratory, Union territory of Ladakh.
