GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

The Sr. Superintendent of Police,

District Leh.

Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 23/12/2024 it has been observed that the accused

person namely Mr. K.K.S Mithran M/S Shri Krishna Engineering company, Flat No- 804 Building No- 2 KLJ

Hights Bahadurgarh Haryana Pin code -124507, Phone no- 9053529307/ 9354103659 is concealing himself to evade

the process of law and declared him as ABSCONDER. Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued

against the accused person/ respondent. The above named respondent be arrested whenever found and produced

before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the respondent.
