GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

The Sr. Superintendent of Police,

District Leh.

Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 23/12/2024 it has been observed that the accused

person namely Mr. Krishna Mitra M/S Shri Krishna Engineering company, Mitran house No-. 106, Omaxe city

Sector-15, Block-C, Second floor, Happy Home, Delhi Rohtak Road, Bahadurgarh, Haryana- 124507 is

concealing himself to evade the process of law and declared him as ABSCONDER. Accordingly General Warrant

of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person/ respondent. The above named respondent be arrested

whenever found and produced before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the respondent.
