offence u/s 379 IPC and this Court vide order dated: 12.03.2025 observed that the accused persons namely Tanka

Parihar Raju S/o Asbir R/o Ward No. 05 Nepal Gunga Nepal & Santosh Gourongh S/o Purna Gourngh R/o

Chabdroo Nepal are concealing themselves to evade the process of law and declared them as absconding.

Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused persons. The above named accused

persons be arrested whenever found and produced before this court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused persons.

Issued this 12th day of March 2025, under my signature and seal of this court.
