In terms of Rule 16 (1) of the All India Services ( Death - cum - Retirement Benefits ) Rules, 1958

read with Rule 70 of the Central Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 2021 and with the approval of the Competent

Authority in the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh, it is hereby notified that Dr. Pawan Kotwal, IAS

(AGMUT: 1994), Chief Secretary, UT of Ladakh whose date of birth is 04^th of December, 1965 as per the official /

service records, shall retire on attaining the age of superannuation in the afternoon on 31^st of December, 2025.
