No. 508/LDK/2025(AO):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 23 and

sub rule (1)(c) of Rule 27 of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and in pursuance of the

provisions of clause (a) of Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election

Commission, in supersession of its notifications issued earlier in this behalf, hereby designates

the Officers mentioned in column (1) to be the Appellate Officer for the area of jurisdiction

shown against them in column (2) to whom an appeal shall lie, from any decision, under rule 20,

rule 21 or rule 21 A of the Registration of Electors Rules,1960 and Section 22, Section 23 of the

Representation of the People Act, 1950, in the Union Territory of Ladakh, namely:-
