GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 31/07/2025 it has been observed that the accused

person namely Rajesh Malik S/O Jitender Singh Malik R/O Behind Narendra Traders, Gali no. 5 Adarsh

Nagar Gohana, Sonipath Haryana, is concealing himself to evade the process of law and declared him as

ABSCONDER. Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused. The above-

named accused be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.
