Hımayat Mullah R/O Bharamer JJ Colony Juggi no. 530 (C) Block New Delhi has been declared absconder.

Therefore, by medium of this general warrant of arrest, wherever and whenever, the said accused is found, he be

arrested and produced before this Court.
