Himayat Mulla R/O Jhuggi No 530, JJ Colony, Block-C, Bawana, Delhi has been declared as absconder. Therefore,

by medium of this general warrant of arrest, wherever and whenever, the said accused is found, he be arrested and

produced before this Court.
