Whereas in the above titled case, vide Order dated 20/09/2025, the accused Mohd Nizam Mullah S/O Mohd

Himayat Mullah R/O JJ Colony, Jhuggi No.530, Block-C, Bawana, Delhi at present Skampari, Leh has been

declared as absconder. Therefore, by medium of this general warrant of arrest, wherever and whenever, the said

accused is found, he be arrested and produced before this Court.
