ADMINISTRATION OF UNION TERRITORY OF LADAKH
NOTIFICATION
Leh, the 5th October, 2025.
S.O.117.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 read with Section 2(e) of the National
Security Act, 1980 (Act No. 65 of 1980), and in supersession of notification S.O. 113 of 2025 dated 26-
09-2025, the Administration of the Union territory of Ladakh, with the concurrence of the Hon’ble Chief
Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (as it relates to the appointment of the serving
District and Sessions Judges), hereby constitutes the Advisory Board and appoints the following as its
Chairman and the Members for the purposes of the said Act:-
1. Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.K. Hanjura (Retd.) Judge, High Court of
Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh
Chairman
2. Mr. Manoj Parihar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh
Member
3. Ms. Spalzes Angmo, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil
Member.
