ADMINISTRATION OF UNION TERRITORY OF LADAKH
Notification
Ladakh, the 25th of September, 2025.
S.O. 112 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the of the Union territory of Ladakh Public Safety
Act, 1978 (Act No. VI of 1978), clause (a) of section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (Act No. 46 of 1988) and Section 9 of the Prevention of Black Marketing and
Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Act No. 7 of 1980), the Administration of the Union
territory of Ladakh in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh
hereby constitutes the Advisory Boards and appoints the following as Chairperson and Members for the purposes of
said Acts, namely:-
1.
Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.K. Hanjura,(Retd.), High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and
Ladakh
Chairman
2.
Mr. Manoj Parihar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh
Member
3.
Ms. Spalzes Angmo, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil
Member.
