NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 24^th day of November, 2025

S.O. 138.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988

(Act No. 49 of 1988) (hereinafter referred to as “The said Act”), read with Notification bearing no. S.O. 125 (E)

dated 14.02.1989 and in supersession of all previous notifications, except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Ladakh is pleased to appoint the

following Judicial officers as Special Judges, Anti-Corruption for the trial of the offences specified in Section 4 of

the said Act, within their respective territorial jurisdiction shown against each as under:
