Notification

Ladakh, the 12^th November, 2025

S.O. 127— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 3 of the Drugs and

Cosmetics (Compounding of Offences) Rules, 2025, read with S.O. 689(E) dated 25^th

September, 1985, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the

Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of Ladakh, is hereby appoints Ms. Nasreen Bano,

Assistant Drugs Controller, Union territory of Ladakh, as the Compounding Authority

for the purposes of the said Rules, having jurisdiction over the entire Union territory of

Ladakh.

This issues with the approval of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of

Ladakh.
