Notification
Ladakh, the 18th November, 2025.
S.O.135.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with S.O. 2506 (E) dated: 28.06.2024 issued by the Ministry of
Home Affairs, Government of India; the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby
appoints the Police Officers specified in Column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto as Special
Executive Magistrates for a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification
and confers on them powers of an Executive Magistrate as conferred under the provisions of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, specified in Column (3) of the Schedule, within the
territorial jurisdiction indicated in Column (4) thereof, namely:—
